I had a great experience
They couldn't find my insurance because they had my birthday wrong. Plus who I saw didn't make sure that the ear drops could be generic so I never got them because not dealing with idiots. Which is exactly what IU Health and every so called medical professionals in Indianapolis Indiana are. I haven't been feeling well for a long time now and it just gets worse. The Doctors and Nurses are great but nobody seems to answer the phone anymore. For hours in line and nobody picks up. This is ridiculous. It is unfortunate that now I have to find a new primary care physician because I can not schedule an appointment. I am greatly disappointed by IU Health.
