I just spent 10 minutes on the phone answering all their intake questions only to be told at the end that they are not accepting new patients for nearly two years. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. They should disclose their availability upfront instead of stringing people along. Avoid this place if you actually need timely care. What a complete JOKE!

My husband normally sees Dr. Klenk at another location, but the dates worked better for him at this location this year, so he went there. We were not told anything about an additional facility fee, which was $963!! I asked him what the room was like, and he said it was a normal exam room like at any doctor's office. When I called the financial services office about it, the woman told me that the various locations are now allowed to charge additional facility fees. Be careful of pricing. I was quoted a price before and during an appointment and then charged 2.5x what was quoted without conversation or agreement that the price would be that much higher for the service. This resulted in a 5 month process of disputing the charge with IU Health billing.
