I had a horrible experience here. The woman on the phone was rude and demeaning. I missed my appointment due to a disability and she was less than helpful in helping me reschedule. I waited since July for this appointment and have unavoidable circumstances that made me miss this. She said the next appointment she could schedule me for was December of this year!!!! Almost 9 months away! Then I asked her what happens if we have major problems and she said well I would recommend not missing your appointment in the first place. ... read more
