I have Zach a real person who understands issues big and small. Not afraid to call you out for your roll in what you've experienced. He's great and always makes time for me on person or virtual. Staff at the front is personable warm and friendly. I love this place.
Although Dr Drumhil Patel manages my medication in a fairly decent way, he is very dismissive in most ways. He'll ask how I'm doing but brush off my answer as well as answers to other questions. The office staff is horrible. If you can get a live body they're rude and unhelpful. I asked about seeing a different provider and was told that "if Dr Patel would approve it at all I would be sent to a different office for treatment." IF he would approve it at all??? What happened to having a right to choose my provider? And advocat... read more
As good as an experience as it can be. Nothing but good things to say.
They have decided to stop answering calls and juts hang up on people. Very irritated and upset I havnt been able to get an emergency appointment because they havnt snaereed their phones in a week for me. This is ridiculous and could put someone's life on the line. Disgusting
