Positive staff and Dr Mao is great!
Orthopedist was very informative, listened and took care of all my questions. Was very gentle during procedure I had. And made me very comfortable during. Thanks again IU.
My husband is Nigerian and has a very strong accent,so he called me to help the receptionist understand what he wassayimg. She got an attitude because she didn't want to speak to me on the phone. I told her she was rude and to let me speak with someone else.
Just love Dr. Arthur, I will hate to see the day he retires.
