This is a nice establishment. My doctor actually cares about me and wants me to find answers.
I waited to write this review in order to provide a thoughtful and personal account of my experience. The behavioral health department that handles grief and loss counseling is exceptional. My counselor, Olivia Brannon, was phenomenal. Unfortunately, I had to stop seeing her due to a privacy concern. A staff member, Morgan, whom my husband and I had never physically met, accessed my account on three separate occasions and reported information to my husbands mother. Did not have clear communication when it comes to appointments and prenatal care was very very minimal and it was very very impersonal and did not feel like I was taken seriously in terms of my concerns with pregnancy concerns, would not recommend.
I have never felt seen or heard by any doctor. It was by far the best experience I've had with any doctor. I was checked in fast and seen quickly. They explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel like I was being judged by anyone at all. Worth the 1 hour 15 minutes drive.
