First i was running 14 minutes late (and yes absolutely doctors times are very precious) but the grace period is 15 minutes for appointments. I had just been hospitalized from a traumatic cyst rupture and the front desk ladies (both of them) we incredibly rude! The one that wasn’t even helping me at the window was talking as if I couldn’t hear her.
