Sad to say I had a negative experience here. Have lived with chronic pain and was recently diagnosed with a nerve condition in my back that NP had no understanding of. I wasn’t listened to and definitely felt like a box to be checked off with no good future care options.
No one wants to have an emergency spine surgery, but if you have to have it, this is the team you want to do it. From the time we first met in the ER to my follow up appointments, my concerns and symptoms have all been taken seriously. The surgery went great. I had very little postoperative pain, my incision is small and there's minimal scarring, and, most importantly, the mind-boggling pain that sent me to the ER in the first place is gone. I can't recommend them enough.
