Hard-working professionals.... Just never enough of them.
If I could give no stars I would. My experience with this pharmacy was terrible. They were lazy, unprofessional and uncaring. These people do not care about helping any one. All I required was a simple transfer from their pharmacy to one closer to my home. Easy, right? Nope. They refused to call my pharmacist back for 2 days. Because. Of that, I ran out of my seizure and high blood pressure medication. All because they wouldn't answer the phone, and work with another professional. Terrible. No excuse for that. I have been a Stage 4 Breast Cancer patient at IU Methodist Cancer Center since 2015. There is no cure for my cancer; only treatment and medication for the rest of my life. Long story short: the new staff at IU Pharmacy at Methodist should be ashamed of themselves. Up until about one year ago I never had problems getting medication a couple days early per my oncologist.
