The lab office has several iPad kiosks for self-registering, which is quick and easy. There is a screen that displays where you are in the queue. I was quoted a 10-25 minute wait that ended up only being about 5, which was awesome. These people are organized and efficient. The nurse I had was super sweet and professional. She asked me questions while she was getting ready, which kept me distracted, and I barely noticed that she was about to stick the needle in my arm. I don't like Methodist hospital. I have been admitted several times. The last time I was discharged. I continued to go to wound care, every two weeks. Then it was suppose to be once a week. Then it is back to every other week. I always come out feeling worse than when I went in. The staff is rude. Do not encourage me at all about every that is going well. Just focus on the negative.
Everything was efficient and the employees were well trained. I am a physician and I was happy to return to the hospital where I completed my Residency in 1987.
No long wait and friendly. Plus efficient and no problem
