I have been going to this Lab for five years on a monthly basis. I have NEVER had a bad experience, that includes the Lab Techs & the ladies in the lobby checking me in. The wait is never over 10/12 minutes. Always greeted warmly by name. And, these Technicians never leave a bruise on my arm. They can only use my right arm to draw & that vein has been poke so many times in five+ years, I can’t even guess. No one else can draw as well as these Techs. If you need a blood draw this is the place to go.
Staff was very friendly able to answer all my question. I didn't have to wait long.
This lab always gets me in and out super quickly so I can get on with my day. I went at 10am on a Saturday and didn't have to wait at all. The receptionist was friendly, kind, and professional. The techs always do a great job drawing my blood on the first try and they provide a clean and comfortable environment.
Always a quick, efficient, polite experience.
