I have always had great experiences at this location. Everyone is super friendly and professional, and I am very glad to have such a wonderful facility on the east side.
From the time I made my New Pt appointment it was a great experience. Appointment day the person I checked in with was very nice. Then my name was called and I’m not sure if the person was a medical assistant or a nurse but she was very nice and professional. I saw Dr Welchel he was very patient, kind and understanding. I checked out and made a follow up appointment, the person making my appointment was very nice and made sure I had an appointment time that worked with my schedule.
