The lab was great except the receptionist. Phone number needed updated, couldn’t change it on the kiosk. It told me to speak to an associate to change it and the lady looked at me like I was stupid then asked how I checked in if it was wrong. She then made me talk to someone else instead of getting on her computer to update the contact information. Receptionist was extremely rude, should not be the person they choose for patients to see first.

I would like to commend Katie in the lab on West Bethel for her work which led to a successful appointment for me. I had lost my orders and Katie and had been told that the system had my orders but Katie was unable to access it without my paperwork and found a workaround and made it happen. She was very determined to make my trip successful.

I have called the outpatient lab three times or more and they have not faxed it to the other medical office. It is so frustrating.

Well....the signage is a little less than desirable. (Never once saw a sign for the Outpatient Lab until I was 20ft from their door!) BUT Trya, Kelly & Alyssa made it all worth the struggle to find. Each of these ladies were cheerful, pleasant & courteous. Alyssa was absolutely painless with the needlestick! Now that I know where they're located, I'll be back! Great job!
