The lady that answers the phone is very rude and just told me not to call so much . When it’s about a medical issue they should answer the phone . The Dr there is great very understanding and wants to help figure out the issue with u . Just need more professional people in the front desk

They have hired a new pain management doctor who is one of the worst and rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I have been a patient there for years and the first time I saw the new doctor he told me he doesn’t prescribe pain medication and told me to find a new doctor and walked out!
If i could id not give any stars. I was a patient for 5 yrs. Then they lost someone to retirement and the main Dr to another career opportunity. Once the new Dr came in my appointment got pushed back 3 months but i was due for my meds and was told id have to find a Dr to write scripts out for me until i was seen by new Dr. So needless to say i found a new pain Dr to take me on as a patient. So very dissapointed in this facility, they dont care about their patients anymore. Dont go there people!!
