I received one bill for a service from 7 months prior stating that it was the final notice before being sent to collections in 2 business days. I had never been given a notice. There was no ability to pay online and the bill looked fraudulent. The person on the phone was rude and acted like I was stupid for not knowing what the charges were for.

I am very disappointed in this service. I received 2 months of supplies for my child and it was on time. I was told my insurance would cover to a certain amount not knowing that the price for the formula I was receiving was set for $180 when retail was $36. My insurance only covered half. In the long run I could have saved money going to the store using coupons from the manufacturer. I have called numerous times to make sure the price was correct and they keep giving me a phone number to a CPAP education center. I feel like ... read more

[Updated review: changing from one star to five stars. I learned there were significant problems with the insurance where I worked and IU Health Homecare. I have since retired, am receiving supplies through Medicare, have had no problems with them since going on Medicare, and really cannot say enough nice things about them. Other employees where I worked have said the same thing about IU Health Home before and after retiring and going on Medicare, so the problem IS with the insurance where we worked.] Their products are good... read more

New account everytime you order. Do not give notice if they are sending you to collections. No online payment methods. This place needs investigated by the attorney general. Do not use this place unless you absolutely have to.
