Can't keep appointment times (physical therapy) ..calls 15 min.before and changes times...called me the day before to say they couldn't make reg. time of 3:00 and would call next day. I waited until 2:30...called...she didn't remember calling the day before...didn't have me on the schedule. Most UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
