Super dysfunctional group, they don’t know what was ordered, received, referred, prescribed… nothing, they say they need to consult with Dr but either never call or message back or will call and message with the same issue that they said they would consult Dr about then say “oh we don’t have it documented that they’re supposed to consult.” Several calls for the same thing and question, both to them and from them. Require follow-ups to follow-ups even when there is documented nothing wrong FROM Dr that no follow up is needed.

I am so disappointed in this office. We were referred to this office for my daughter’s preauricular pits and I clarified with the staff that her age would not be an issue. I was given the green light to schedule my daughter. The day of the appointment, I receive a call from the office stating that they have to cancel the appointment because the NP is refusing to see her. When I asked why, I was told it was first due to her age and when that was questioned I was told that “it might be her diagnosis.” I asked for another provi... read more
