I've dealt with this office several times with my daughter And everything Has went Well
I am so disappointed in this office. We were referred to this office for my daughter’s preauricular pits and I clarified with the staff that her age would not be an issue. I was given the green light to schedule my daughter. The day of the appointment, I receive a call from the office stating that they have to cancel the appointment because the NP is refusing to see her. When I asked why, I was told it was first due to her age and when that was questioned I was told that “it might be her diagnosis.” I asked for another provi... read more
