Extremely rude heavy set dark haired young lady with hair pulled back receptionist at the blood lab check in. She needs a check-up by management on proper customer service skills. I went to check in at the counter and she completely ignored me and then looked up and snapped at me stating "we are closed right now, you didn't see the signs at the front of building and the sign up here?" I told her there was no need to be rude or have that type of attitude towards patients simply because I did not see the "signs". I would hope ... read more
