I had a phenomenal first experience being here, Emily made me feel very comfortable and the entire way through my visit we were laughing. I was very pleasantly surprised with my time and am so thankful to Emily for everything she did to make me feel safe.
Poor Experience with X-ray Tech at Ball As someone who recently visited the BSU Hospital for an X-ray, I was thoroughly disappointed with the level of service provided by the X-ray tech. My experience was subpar in several key areas, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. Firstly, the X-ray tech exhibited a complete lack of professionalism. They seemed disinterested and detached throughout the entire process, displaying minimal communication skills and failing to explain the procedure to me in a clear and concise manner.... read more
