Was getting a test for gastroparesis that I had done years ago at Lutheran. I'll never get any test like this done at this facility again. I started getting really sick, severe pain and burning in my chest and staff never checked up on me after my son went and told staff something was wrong. He them went to from desk to request manager for radiology dept. He then accused my son of yelling at the staff. My son is a big guy but low voice. I had a phenomenal first experience being here, Emily made me feel very comfortable and the entire way through my visit we were laughing. I was very pleasantly surprised with my time and am so thankful to Emily for everything she did to make me feel safe.
