Broken process. The said they would send me a packet for the surgery but never did. Then to add insult to injury they said I had to buy my own prep OTC (weird because last time it was a prescription) while ommiting precisely what I need to buy. I cancelled my procedure and will be going to community in Anderson instead, where competition lives and people are better off because of it.
Impossible to get scheduled for follow ups from hospital stays. Cancel your appointments and never have openings again for months. What is going on at Ball hospital? Do better. This is people's health you're playing with.
They can never schedule your next appointment. Unlike a normal dr office when you check out they tell you they will call you to schedule your follow-up appointments. Of course they never call. Then when you call to get in they are booked for months and can't help you. It's beyond frustrating how many times they haven't called to schedule my appointments.
