I have been on time for my last 4 appointments following a fatty liver diagnosis. This morning I was 2 minutes late, yes she looked me in the eye and said, “You were to be here by 9:30 and my clock shows 9:32.” Then they said they couldn’t see me after having me waiting for 20 minutes and had the NERVE to tell me to WAIT ON A WINDOW FOR A RESCHEDULE! Absolutely not! I will never be back. I’ll go ahead and die before I make another appointment with Marlowe Stinson. You should be ashamed!
Broken process. The said they would send me a packet for the surgery but never did. Then to add insult to injury they said I had to buy my own prep OTC (weird because last time it was a prescription) while ommiting precisely what I need to buy. I cancelled my procedure and will be going to community in Anderson instead, where competition lives and people are better off because of it.
Impossible to get scheduled for follow ups from hospital stays. Cancel your appointments and never have openings again for months. What is going on at Ball hospital? Do better. This is people's health you're playing with.
