I got told because I was not from Muncie, they are not accepting new patients. That's ok, I wouldn't want to be seen by an office that does not care about people!

Staff is rude, has no idea what is going on. Dr Tokar(sp?) has little to no communication skills, talks to you like you're a child. Have been diabetic for years and she explained my visit like I was 10 years old. Asked for a straight, upfront style form of communication and was talked down to even more. Would HIGHLY recommend going to another place. Ball has a strong reputation for being a very poor health provider in general, but this one tops the cake. I would never trust a loved one to be treated here.

I called this facility approximately four times. Specifically the Endocrinology Dept. I left numerous urgent messages. My Health Care Provider did the same. I never ever heard anything from this facility and neither did my Health Care Provider. I want to personally thank them for doing nothing at all. They did not even have the common courtesy to return my phone calls. This is clearly an abundantly obvious way that they treat people who are seeking help. I see Dr.Batarseh my Endocrinologist there and she is so amazing and the best Endo dr I have ever had . She found out about a pituitary tumor and other issues. She spent 1 hour with me making sure all my questions were answered. She is amazing.
