This ER is badly broken. Eight-hour wait is typical. Even then, no ER rooms but “treated” on a stretcher in a hallway. The nursing staff are fine, but clearly under-resourced. The administration of this hospital is clearly inept. This is obviously a case of poor management at the highest levels. Update: Received my ER bill. Paid the bill in full. Months later, Ball Memorial re-submitted my bill to my insurance, resulting in an additional $1,000 charge. This generated an additional $300 bill for me. Very unethical billing pra... read more
Good place.
I've been here 8 hours. Test results done hours ago. Dr given detailed description of the problem. And yet, no one giving any answers,,, or even guesses.
Showed up cause my 2 year old fall down a flight of stairs got check in waited a hour and 10 minutes we never got called back had people walking right in getting seen for less serous injuries I will never bring my kid back here this place is a joke my kid dies I'm sue you
Really the emergency department doesn’t deserve any stars went to the ER due Problems after a procedure I had a few weeks ago Had me waiting for hours in the waiting room with extremely high blood pressure but yet they called back people that came in after me and discharged them while I’m still waiting and mind you they came in for ear infection and vomiting went and asked how much longer the wait was and these people wanna sit up there and laugh talking about we don’t know how long the wait is we’re just waiting on beds… th... read more
