This place has literally been so good to me. For me I didn't want to go to an in patient facility, but I still needed help with my recovery. I'm still attending & am in early recovery & I really am in love with this place. The ENTIRE staff are so patient,kind,understanding, and overall helpful. They have catered to me like I was important & I really do appreciate everything they have done for me & continue to do for me. I'm so grateful, there truly isn't enough words
I received treatment at IU Ball Addiction and Treatment facility for almost a year. Every experience I had here, from the beginning setting up my treatment plan, to my visits and receiving my injections and interactions with staff was phenomenal EXCEPT how they let me go as a patient! My last scheduled appointment I had to reschedule for whatever reason.. then I was put on quarantine and after I got off of quarantine I called to reschedule my appointment again due to missing again because of quarantine and they told me that ... read more
I have been to several Intensive outpatient programs, but this is by far the best!!! The staff are excellent and really care about every single person in the group! They also include your medical well being as part of your recovery. If you a serious about quitting I would most definitely recommend that you give yourself a break and let these caring people help you!
