Hands down the best place or a family to receive services. I say that with my whole heart. My brother and sister had their visits there. I was their kinship. Honestly, I hated the agency at first, things seemed a bit everywhere. Then, I asked. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ITZA Corazon for DHS-mandated supervised visits. During a visit, my child hit her head and became so upset that she vomited. The supervisor later documented that she was fine at the end of the visit. My child seemed happy because she was leaving, so that note did not reflect what I observed. Accuracy and truthfulness are major concerns for me. There were also repeated problems with visit timing. It is not only a psychological support center, it is our second and beloved home. The place where I was able to find myself and recover my family. I appreciate all the attention provided. I am very happy to be able to take a therapy with spectacular results, ITZA thank you thank you thank you!!! I highly recommend it
