Highly recommended! This is the second time I have used ITX Computer Repair to repair my desktop at my home, once on my wifes computer and now mine. The way they did the job is EXCELLENT!! I have recommended ITX to several friends to use your services.
Password Reset Had some problems with one of the laptops in our office - it'd been so long, none of us could remember the password so, I dropped the laptop off at ITX to have them reset the password on Windows. I would have taken it to our normal IT's, but they weren't able to get to us until the end of the week and we were having orientation for our summer interns the next day.
Excellent Computer Repair My laptop had been slow and problematic for a week or two, but I didn't have time to get it fixed before I flew to Philadelphia for a week-long training seminar that I was conducting within my organization. I had Windows crash on my second day in town.
Laptop Repair in Philadelphia I brought in my Toshiba laptop after having some problems with the screen. Screen was very blurry - very difficult to read and I wasn't sure if the problem could be fixed and I'd rather fix my laptop than buy a new one.
Great value for computer repair work VERY reliable! We have been using their services since I moved down to Philadelphia last year. Free pick-up from my downtown office and free diagnostics! Can't beat that! Got my computer repair done within 2 days.
