Very unsatisfied. My local rep failed to cancel my order. I’ve tried calling for 2 days to cancel auto shipment and return package, the wait times to speak to someone are 1-1.5 hours
This company is a joke! The girl I ordered through was never told that people were signing up for a monthly subscription! I was led to believe that it was a one time purchase unless I wanted more! I was also told that I would have the same discount if I ordered 3 months in a row. Well I never ordered more but they took almost $20 more than the original price out of my account! This company is a complete rip off!! Their company is a complete joke! I will NOT be recommending to anyone. I'm a young mom living at home with no income but in school and they charged me 100$ just to sell THEIR products! (Which I have untouched the way they sent it to me, they said I can return it but I won't get a refund?!?!) And will not refund me other costs . Itworks does notwork! And I will be letting people know about my experience.

It's funny how itworks is quick to suck money from your account left and right but can't afford to hire enough people in customer service to answer their phones when there is a problem.
