My son is 17 months and doesn't like to be touched by other people so I'm not really using him to base my review off. He is also very young so he didn't realize the flashing bulletin with his name on it or the room door personalized with his name on it. Such welcoming can be very exciting if he understood. The waiting room was kid friendly and up to date with electronics. I am glad I chose itsy bitsy dental and not just a dentist for my son to visit.

This place is the best the staff are so loving and Dr. Pam knows what she doing !! I can't wait to take my youngest son!! And my oldest always has a great experience when he goes there except when he cried today for a tooth pulling and she agreed its better with an oral surgent!! I love love love this place!!
