Made an appointment with Mary Grace she texts me at 2:30 prior to my 4:30 appointment stating that a her client came in had way too much hair and wanted a different service. So she was running behind while she apologized the time kept getting later and later and then could only offer me a dry cut at maybe 6:00 pm Poor planning and bad impression for a first time customer While her skills might be good her ability to maybe tell a client I can’t do that service in the allotted time frame was no where to be found
Recently went to the salon IT SO YOU Salon to get my hair done by Madison. She was very welcoming! She greeted me with a smile and didn't rush my appointment. I told her exactly how I wanted it styled and she talked to me about her ideas for my hairstyle. She is very professional and extremely good at her job!! I will be going back to this salon and will have Madison style my hair again!
The place is very nice and clean. The person who did my nails was very sweet she is definitely learning but very talented already. I just got gel x nails done for the first time and I would definitely recommend these and her as well. Her name was Maddie!
Skylar does a great job on my pedicure. Clean environment, friendly service, easy to book online and fair prices.
I won’t name anyone because their work is truly incredible, but I will no longer be receiving a service or returning to the salon. I booked a haircut but requested a consultation with another stylist beforehand, since mine wasn’t available and I just wanted a second opinion to feel more prepared. I clearly communicated that it wasn’t for a haircut, just a quick consult.
