I’ve been bringing my Goldendoodle, Matilda, here for a while and she always comes out looking great, but my recent experience was very disappointing. When I came in on Saturday, 8/24, for a wash and blowout, the receptionist immediately ran her fingers through my dog’s coat, told me she was too matted, and canceled the appointment on the spot. We brought our Goldendoodle, Lulu, in for grooming today and It’s Pawfect did an excellent job! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. The staff asked all the right questions to make sure they understood exactly what we wanted, and they made us feel completely comfortable. Lulu came back looking beautiful, clean, and happy.
