My dealership had shut down and it made it almost impossible for me to register my vehicle. Thankfully Kaitlin had reached out and has assisted me in finally registering my vehicle today. She is definitely the best agent/representative I’ve ever met!

I purchased a vehicle in North Carolina and had the vehicle shipped to me in Texas. The dealership used ITS Nationwide and in the process of Titling my vehicle, the title was lost. It was lost after the Texas DMV rejected the application due to an error. I purchased this vehicle is July, it is now December. My vehicle was totaled out in September, I will now have to keep making payments on this vehicle due to not having the title in. I initially wrote because my car was registered and I didn’t receive my plates for more than 4 weeks later. Update. This company reached out to me three times and explained that the reason for the delay was confirmation of the payment of the sales taxes in Nevada. Although I am still disappointed by the delays, ITS reached out to discuss the issues and my concerns, was legitimately concerned about the issues that arose, and was attempting the correct them. As a result, I will give them another chance should the need arise.
