I discovered this gem about a month ago when I needed my hair & makeup done for a black tie event and my regular salon offered me a 9AM appointment for a 5PM event. A friend recommended Erica Clem she worked me into her schedule and she did a great job. I went to her today for my first color and she did a fabulous job! I brought her my wedding pictures from 18 years ago to match my color....... and I was so happy - she matched it as close to my real hair color than I have EVER had! This salon is very professional and has an upbeat vibe. All stylists are focused on their clients, and client satisfaction is their main goal. I recommend it for anyone looking to get fabulous with a cut, color, or just in need of a little "me" time!
Tonica did the best job on my hair that I have ever had. Everyone was so nice and friendly. She even went out of her way to schedule me in when I needed it. Best salon ever!
As soon as I stepped into the building I was greeted by Taneika... My hair stylist for the day.. from the time I sat down at the wash sink until I left..it was a wonderful experience. I love in Florence but I'll be making trips every six weeks. The staff.. the establishment and the atmosphere is amazing.
