The matcha tasted like water mixed with dirt with boba there was no sugar at all we asked for less not none it was so disgusting my son had to spit it out, definitely will not be returning to this location.

It's 11:30am thursday morning there are 2 employees. The service is horrible. I will always pass this on to my friends and colleagues.
On the evening of sunday may 24th i went to boba time near me at the noho west which has been my go to lately since i have been pregnant. Usually service here is good and quick. But today I walked in and waited for my order to be taken and instead of it being taken I was told to use the kiosk to make an order.
