Best coffee, whether it's hot, iced, or ice-blended. Hands down. Even 4 their white chocolate strawberry, *nailed it*. �
For the first time i didn't like it. I just wanted a large hazelnut ice coffee. Cost was double the price. Girl was nasty. Argued with me. Gave me the bottom of the pot and no hazelnut. I will go but if she is there I will walk out.
I really love It's A Grind for their flavors and their sizes...however, this is the second day in a row they closed early and refused to make a last order, despite the money I've spent in there. The response was not really kind either. This sucks because I'm conflicted as to whether I want to waste my time showing up to get turned away. Fix this and I would have no problem with giving a 5 star rating. I'm sure the owners would be angered at the fact their store is closing early and turning away business.
I love this place!!! I was going to another establishment on the Westside (Liquid Bean Coffee House) & the service there was horrible, rude & so disrespectful towards me even publicly attacking me on their Facebook page after I left them a review about their poor customer service, but coming to (It's a Grind Coffee House) was like a breath of fresh air for me. The staff is so friendly & very polite & the prices are very affordable too. They don't use instant coffee & I just absolutely love this place. This is my new favorite... read more
