I really appreciate the help on getting started. However, amber was, in my opinion, unprofessional. I needed help after a medication caused a mood change. She offered no guidance and when I needed guidance and knowledge on medication, she didn't not offer any. Then when I shut down because of the lack of care I felt from my provider, she seemed to not care. I work in healthcare and I can not let my modo affect patients. I love Itrust Wellness. I’ve been seeing them for 3 years and my doctor is great. They are very affordable compared to other psych offices, which is great for those of us without insurance.
Awesome people and really help if you have ever had a panic attack !!!!
There is no trust in your wellness, only money and quotas. Edit to response. I called with concerns about the physicians division after initial appt. Never heard back from practice. Unfortunately this was my experience here.
