Do not buy this insurance. A complete scam. My hotel room became uninhabitable with all the prove and hotel acknowledgement available, and ITravel still refused to cover it. Terrible. Send your complaints to the insurance commissioners and the attorneys general.
This company is a scam. Do not use them they just denied my claim and I will be filing a small claims lawsuit for not only my insured trip but any missed time from work.
Claim submitted on October 30 with a 20-30 day commitment that it will be processed. Here we on January 6th and over a month I have been told management will call back and still no call back. Customer agents say we are back logged and I need to “deal with it”.
This is an SCAM, do not buy insurances from this company. When you file your claims, they will say they will reach out to you but they never do. Then when you follow up, they will tell you you didn’t provide the documentation requested.
