If you haven't received any $$$ back after dealing with whatever happened on your vacation, go to the gov site of unclaimed property in your state and you could possibly find youŕ claim $ there. I found my son's and his father's claim $ and it was $400 for each of them. Just a thought. Ps also this is years ago they went to Puerto Rico and got stuck because of severe weather and storm destruction.

Worst travel insurance I’ve ever used. First they deny my claim because they said my reasoning wasn’t covered. I asked how that can be true when I purchased the cancel for any reason policy. They then made me resubmit all paperwork and then some to the appeals department. I specifically asked if they needed documentation for items that I was refunded 100%. I'm surprised they are so poorly reviewed. I had a claim for a missed flight due to illness that was approved and paid in just a few weeks. They worked great for me and I really appreciated how quickly they took care of everything.

Do not buy this insurance. A complete scam. My hotel room became uninhabitable with all the prove and hotel acknowledgement available, and ITravel still refused to cover it. Terrible. Send your complaints to the insurance commissioners and the attorneys general.
