* Company delayed payment of this claim for 1.5 years.... * Denied 100% claim reimbursement as outlined in the policy (for an unexpected Job Change.) * Paid a partial amount after 25 email communications and multiple phone calls. * Claims department is Structured only to communicate with Customer Service Reps, with no Claims Adjuster Authority * "Multiple, Repetitive, time consuming Proof requirements" that delay the claim processing. ** I would NOT pay for this Insurance again... **
I had to cancel a cruise. I booked through InsureMyTrip and purchased insurance through this company. I was told I could rebook a cruise and still use this travel insurance. Not true! You have to use the insurance within 2 years. InsureMyTrip didn’t tell me this. I called this company and was told the same thing. No help at all. Didn’t even attempt to help. Enjoy my money!
Do not purchase. This insurance company does not refund if you decide to cancel your policy after 10 days even though the policy covers a trip the following year. They do not allow cancellations after 10 days so you lose your money and they get free money without providing any services. Buyer beware.
These scammers are unbelievable! It's shocking that they're allowed to operate in the US while they take people's money and provide no service. It's frustrating how they gaslight you. During my trip, I got sick at the airport and contacted them. The operator assured me that I had 10 days to see a doctor and file a claim. They even confirmed that the call was recorded.
