I have been trying to get a refund since 10/25/10. Luis Caballeros has promised twice to mail the check (on 10/29/10 and 11/19/10. Here it is 1/5/11 and still no refund. I would caution anyone considering dealing with this company as I have left messages and faxes that are going unanswered.
