The stylist argued with me when I said I didn’t like the haircut. “It looks fine” isn’t an acceptable response to a paying customer who’s clearly upset.
I’ve been coming to this K-Town gem for over a decade, and it’s still my absolute favorite hair salon. Monica is the best when it comes to haircuts—she’s incredibly detailed, intuitive, and just knows exactly what works best for your face shape and style.
