Our slogan is "Where the Locals go. It'll Do Deli serves hot panini-style sandwiches, "Only8" fat-free frozen yogurt, smoothies and other great tasting food items. Most of the sandwiches can be made as a salad or simply served cold. Half-sandwiches are also available. The Deli has been featured more than once in the Longview News-Journal and won the "Cheap Eats" competition presented by KLTV-7 News.

OMG!! This was the first time I have tried their gumbo and OMG!!! IT’S SO GOOOOOD!! The staff here is amazing and the food is DELICIOUS!!!
I experienced this place a few days ago. Personally, the food was a little overpriced and not that good. I am used to places like Katz’s.
