Cease engaging in anti-worker activities and recognize the union. I have been a regular customer - I will not be back until ICC ceases engaging in anti-worker intimidation and recognizes the right to form a union.
Allowing employees to unionize would go a long way to making my opinion of ICC change. Until then I won't shop there and I'll encourage my friends to do the same.
First off, I have never had bad experiences with your workers, polite and good at their jobs as baristas and shop-keepers. It is kind of funny that you (ICC) say that you invest in your company but NOT in your worker and workplace, by refusing to let your workers start a union that only will work for a better workplace for everyone. I am pretty sure your books shows good profits, but yet ICC pay minimum wage! I am so disappointed in what I thought to be a good local company.
