We have lived in Palms for 10 years now and for better or worse have had to come to iTech twice now. Eddie who works there is such a chill guy, he is super helpful and understanding. As a local I can't recommend their service enough, they even gave us a discount on our deductible which I never thought anyone would. Legends.

Their work repairing our 1998 Saturn was excellent. The ONLY problem I had with them is that they soent nearly two months trying to find parts unsiccessfuly instead of performing simpler but not "perfect" repairs. They tried to find a replacement passenger side rear panel to replace the split one for that time, finally performing a rebuild job.
