RecommendedMy best friend got me a week free and I loved it so much I joined. The spa treatments are amazing. Great for the skin, for relaxing and detox. Spray tans or sunbeds, or both.
Apparently they DON'T CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS. One of their customers left and wedding ring in the booth, and the only one in there after her was an employee. They will not allow her to review the security tapes, nor are they doing anything to take care of this issue. I think it's deplorable and a horrible example of customer service. It was her wedding ring worth over $15,000
So fucked up that you guys won't do ANYTHING to help that lady get her ring back!!! Let her see the tapes!!! If not, then one of you guys stole it and both deserves to be fired!!!!
The girls there are awesome they explain all the different beds and they have a bunch of other cool stuff there as well. Love this place. Definitely gonna keep going here 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Very clean and more new beds are coming 😀😀😀
The staff there are knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is always clean and even though I have the option to go to the other facilities, they make me feel like family there. In this day and age that is rare. Since they insist I should try the photo facial, I will be visiting the Winchester branch hopefully this week.
