I absolutely adore this location! The girls are SO nice and so welcoming everything is always clean and tidy and I've never had to wait for a bed in the year I've been coming here!!! Loves it!!!

The girls that work here are incredibly sweet but I feel like the quality of this location has gone down in the last month 2 months. They are always out of Island Kiss (all of the other colors are to organey for me) and yesterday they were out of dark as well. Before, they used to be able to charge the card on file, but currently need a physical card. This stopped working about 1-2 months ago, would be nice if they were to fix it. I pay specifically for the spray, and I don't feel like I'm getting my money's worth anymore.
Molly at iTan Pacific Beach is absolutely next level. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
