UPDATE: I am updating my previous review after speaking with Haily from the corporate office. Haily was very understanding of my frustrations and truly took the time to listen to everything I had to say. She made me feel heard and valued as a customer, which means a lot. She went above and beyond to work toward a solution that would bring me back as a customer, and for the most part, gave me everything I asked for. Excellent customer service at ITAN Lake Elsinore! TORI was so sweet and knowledgeable and really helped us out. It was our first time, so we were a little nervous, but Tori was absolutely the best. She made us feel comfortable and confident the whole time. We will definitely be back because of her!
