Professionalism what's perfect they were friendly and respectable and courteous the wellness of the place was very clean. The atmosphere was great the hospitality was so respectful. These ladies know what they're doing, I'm going to raise well.
i got a membership here to start tanning and get my skin used to the sun/uv before I went on vacation and all the times I have came to this location have been memorable!! Staff's friendly and personable also a comfortable vibe. I recommend it to anyone looking to get some good color or just to get their skin use to the uv rays so you don’t fry —great hospitality, consistent service. I recently visited iTAN lake Elsinore after a long time, and I must say, the experience was truly memorable. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and personable, especially Nya and Ailani, who were standouts! I’ve been coming to I tan for probably five years back to back. I love going to I tan it’s convenient but definitely over priced!!! Their beds are semi nice. You tell that they’re worn and use. They need wiping down a little bit more on the handles but they do keep the bulbs Updated. the establishment itself is clean when I walk in I usually get two services.
