I didn't get a chance to use the services because in order to be eligible for the discount I was required to leave my credit card on file. I'm not comfortable with that way of doing business so I never went back.

Was lied to about membership cancelling. If they would have told me I paid for a whole extra month. I would have used it. I was under the impression that I couldn’t tan any more. So I am upset how one person told me it was ok. Then I got charged. I just told them I would never come back. I think they suck. Yes I signed the contract. Yes I needed to cancel. RecommendedChristian was amazing. He paid attention to and listened to my unusual skin type and tanning history instead of wasting my time and money by just looking at me, I had written this location off completely until today
Tried to cancel my membership over the phone and was told it was done only to have them charge me the next month, was then told I had to pay $5 to cancel , which I did only to have them charge me again now I’m $300 into trying to cancel. Very shady, they change their story daily... I had to cancel my card to end this.... im hours into this, they make it impossible .... total scam
