I love Itan salons. My only issue is not offering packages to purchase with a discount. Not everyone wants a membership.
I live in Rancho Santa Fe. Had problems with this Del Mar salon in the past. Rip off as to how their system works. Can’t sign up for a membership over the phone! Charge rolls to the next month. Impossible to get a membership in the last day of the month as they want to make sure you pay for at least two month. Conflicting info from their front desk and none of them are ever helpful. I love this salon! The girls that work here always go above and beyond for me when I come in! Brooke and Drea are usually the ones helping me and make the experience so great! Could not recommend more!
