I had a very upsetting experience at this salon and feel it’s important to share honestly. I came in for a perm and did not have any bald spots or hair loss prior to my appointment. After the service, I experienced severe hair breakage, including a noticeable bald spot where my hair had broken off. This was extremely distressing and something I had never experienced before. Lo siento que tristeza ver la falta de profesionalismo de este lugar NO LO RECOMIENDO, la encargada de pelo largo color negro, no tiene nada de profesionalismo. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

I hesitate to get my hair cut after having a really bad experience. I went and Maira took care of me. She does a wonderful job and is so kind. She takes pride in her work and really cares about wanting to make you happy and feel good about your hair. She is a blessing. Thank you, Maira!!
