Customer service sucks. Very rude employees and management.
The pepperoni rolls are to die for, seriously so good! The pizza itself is not my favorite, but the pepperoni rolls earn a 5 star review. I always make sure to tip well because I am sure they are tedious to make. The Canton South Italo's has the rolls but I guess not all the locations do for whatever reason.
Placed order today for lg works pizza and chicken dinner ! The worst pizza I have ordered , it been a while since I ordered because it was not good then , gave it another chance . Hardly any sauce , cheese , pepperoni , sausage barely see it ! But on top was a zillion peppers & fair amount of mushrooms . It was not hot , veggies over took the pizza ! I have been ordering pizzas from italos since we moved to Canton South in May (and I used to get it while I was younger with my parents). They always used to have my pizza here in 20-30mins, but every time I ordered it gets slower and slower. Unfortunately this last time I had to cancel my order after OVER AN HOUR of waiting. My 5 year old son was impatiently waiting and so hungry, so I had no other choice but to cancel the pizza and get food from elsewhere. Ordered a large pepperoni and sausage, only got pepperoni. Not nearly as good as it was 30 years ago.
Still waiting bruh like wtf shouldnt of took 30 minutes I live 3 minutes away from the place its been a hr for large pep and garlic breadsticks most simple order and wasn't even given my total cost on the phone at the end like awesome you try really hard don't yah but food wise pizza great with light sauce if u get it before its cold so snap your oven on 350 and wait for your pizza starting to regret not calling Casanovas
