Garbage food and worse service. Go to Pizza Oven instead. Mr. Italo is rolling in his grave. Good job ruining the brand he worked so hard to create.
ate there my whole life...(a few plus decades) but since new people bought it, food and customer service has gone to the dogs. actually the trash....cuz the dog wouldn't it it...😔
This is the best pizza ever. Actually, all the food is fantastic! The service is wonderful and very nice people take good care of the customers. Never had anything but the best service!
Ordered large thin crust with pepperoni, ham and extra cheese. When I picked it up, it had thick crust and no ham, he threw ham on it in the box. I called asked for manager, he was very rude,making excuses. I told him I didn’t want to hear excuses, he hung up on me. This is the fourth time we got the wrong order. No more business from me.
didn't get the order right, when I called they said"ohhh...sorry" but not a word about what they're gonna do since they gave you food that you don't even like. very bad customer service. now I've gotta go figure out what to eat for dinner since I had to pitch $26 worth of food

Pretty much the worst pizza I have had in Canton thus far. Took a very long time to arrive, basically room temp, and very under cooked pizza.
This italos gives the italos franchise a bad representation if you are going to have italos go to the real italos on middlebranch rd the food is way better there
Not the quality expected from a Stark County icon. Very expensive for subpar food. Will never waist my money at this Italos. Middlebranch Rd. The original is worth the expense. Contacted owners son just to inform. Was not looking for replacement. He was less that interested. Oh well your loss.
