I work in the mall and go here 2-3 times a week for my lunch. I've been straight up forgotten about more than once after paying my food. Just waited half an hour on my half an hour break for a small portion of pasta, only to be given a half hearted apology
I do not think that it is possible for them to get a pick up order correct. The first time I ordered "pick up" "in person", they charged me for two large pepperoni pizzas when I ordered one pizza with extra pepperoni. I ended up just telling them to keep the second pizza because there was no way my family could eat two large pizzas. Today, they did not give me pizza at all with the order.
This place is awesome. The food is delicious. Especially the homemade wedding soup. So good!!!
Great customer service, clean atmosphere, and good pizza. Can't complain.
Great pizza and amazing Arancini balls. Prices you can’t match for the taste and quality. Our waitress was so nice and informed us of all the changes the new owners have done, including importing top quality ingredients. We’ll be back once a week I’m sure to taste the rest of the menu.
