Food was great but we were seated in a booth in a far corner by the bar and it so cold due to low setting on AC and a duct blowing right on us. Asked server to see if they could turn temp up... he forgot. Asked second time and finally after 20 minutes the manager came to our table and told us he would take care of it. By the time it started to get comfortable we were about done eating and (frozen) Place was packed and no other table available.�

A miracle of a place. The original upstairs room is a time capsule of Italian dining history. Everything is delicious. But don’t overlook the crispy, thin crust pizza xo
The gnochi was fantastic as was the chicken parmasian!! The decor was beautiful!! Hghly reconmend it. What a gem.
My wife and I had spent the weekend in Chicago for our 1 year anniversary. Was able to watch a Cubs game Saturday and Sunday we walked the downtown area to take in the sites when we had came across this very unique and amazing restaurant. Atmosphere was great, our server Steve was very good as well. The food was amazing for sure, we plan on returning to Chicago soon with friends and will certainly return to eat with them for sure.
