My boyfriend picked out a 10k gold chain from them for his anniversary gift and I came in and paid for it..It broke so I paid them to fix it,broke again so I took it somewhere else to be fixed and was informed that it was NOT 10k gold..that it was plated and dipped in some typa material that prevents it from turning colors..so even though it has the 10k marking and was sold as solid gold it is worthless!!I will be reporting this to the proper authorities in hopes that this happens to no one else and I advise anyone that has ... read more
